Yes, we have a certificate from Thwarte which protects all our customers sensitive data and ensures that all data is secure.
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercsrd, Amex, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Delta & Electron.
Can I pay a Deposit?
In most cases Yes, but you will need to call our Help Desk on 0844 357 1037, or email help@hotelsbooked.com.
I need to amend my booking, is this possible?
Any amendment will incur a charge. Please call our Customer Services Team on 0844 357 1037 for more information.
Can I book a flight?
You can book a flight by calling our sales team on 0845 880 3344.
An error message is being displayed, what can I do?

I have not received my hotel voucher, please can you resend this?
Yes of course, please email help@hotelsbooked.com with your booking reference number and we will email your voucher to you.
